RETURN POLICY
We at Chic Javore are committed to our customer satisfaction. We are confident our customers will be very satisfied with our high quality hair products. Please take time to review your order before submitting. If you are not satisfied with the virgin Indian hair you receive you may return it within 7 days of receipt of your order. The hair MUST be returned in its original packaging and original condition. Hair CANNOT be returned once altered or used for any reason.
If you are returning our product, please contact us first via email to: chicjavorehair@gmail.com and we will quickly email you regarding your return. Please make sure that you ship your return through a carrier that will provide a tracking number and process. Chic Javore is not responsible for lost product returns. We will send or credit back a full refund less a 10% restocking fee and the cost of our original postage.
SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Your Order
Our orders are generally processed in 2-3 business days. Orders transmitted over the weekend may not be processed until the following Monday. If a product is on back order we will notify you immediately.
Shipping Methods
We use the US Postal Service. First class is our standard shipping method within the United States and our product are shipped with delivery confirmation. Real-time tracking is not always available through USPS Priority Service online.
Should you desire expedited delivery we can ship using USPS Priority mail or Priority Mail Express, (Express is not available in all zip codes). We will still need a 2-3 day processing time before we can ship. FEDEX will not deliver to post office boxes. If we are shipping your product via FEDEX you will receive an email with a tracking number that can be tracked in real time. We will charge the customer the additional cost for this expedited delivery service. Once your order is shipped it will take 2-5 business days to arrive.
